First off, you might have guessed, "Lazra" is not my real name. It's Robbie...grrr...I hate my name...It's a man's name...go anywhere in Europe...it is a MAN's name! (...deep breath, calm returning...) I was named after my great-grandmother so I can't just change it. Some weird family honor thing. Hey, I wonder if she hated it too? Not to mention that there are two other "Rob"'s in the family - both male...grrrrr. My cousin's husband is Robert (whom they also address as Rob), and my other cousin married a Robby. Every time either one of them is around, we get to go through a round of "Um, which 'Rob' are you talking to?" On top of all that, my sister just had a baby boy whose middle name is Robin. Thank the gods they use his first name.

Beyond the name thing, I'm still a fairly weird person. I have several mad obsessions (which I shall discuss in detail in the rest of this website) and many lesser obsessions that fall into the category of a hobby.

But before that, let's meet the everyone, shall we?

I'm a 22 year-old young woman who finally moved out of her mother's house in September of 2000. I work in the paper-pushing department of an insurance company...not bad work if you can avoid it. My only real problem with it (besides being bored out of my skull) is that we have to do the paperwork very quickly. Not a good thing for someone who gets motion sickness very easily.

My mom is a great role-model for me. She was divorced and taking care of three children when I was 2 years old. She lives in a tiny rural Texas town, next to Waco (where I live). Her next door neighbors are my grandparents. They're pretty cool too.

I mentioned three children. Well, I'm actually the second. #1 and #3 are my older and younger sisters (Kerry and Tara, respectively). Both of them are a major pain in the a- er, neck. Since I moved out, we get along much better.
